A client need us to update the DNS record, we updated, they need us to on the proxy and Full SSL so they can have SSL on the website, we told them we are not Cloudflare and it is DNS record only, they told us checked whois we are using cloudflare, this is very awkward, like we don't know our own system. Also we have worked with some 3rd party apps or plugins, for example the cloudflare plugin in wordpress, they are able to set the proxy and SSL settings, so I believe these setting can be relayed to our CRM setting page as well, if then can be done, then we don't have to transfer out the domain to cloudflare.
