Sub-account Affiliate Manager

Urgent Enhancement please: Affiliate Manager - Recognize $0/free-trial signups as Customer conversions
Currently, Affiliate Manager only upgrades a referred lead to "Customer" status when the associated transaction has non-zero revenue. This means that for any business using a free trial as the signup flow, an affiliate-referred lead stays stuck at "Lead" status indefinitely, even though a genuine conversion has taken place. Example: a lead signs up for a SaaS product with a 30 day free trial. The initial transaction value is $0, so Affiliate Manager doesn't recognize them as a customer. Only once the trial ends and the first paid charge goes through would revenue exist, but by then the platform has already missed the actual moment of conversion. This creates two problems: Affiliates referring free trial signups never get credited with converting a lead to a customer, only a "lead." There's no reliable way for a SaaS business to track or notify affiliates when their referral actually becomes a customer, since that status never updates independently of a revenue-generating transaction. Requested enhancement: decouple "Customer status" from "commission generation" in Affiliate Manager. A $0 transaction should still be able to mark a lead as a Customer, reflecting that a sale or signup occurred, while commission logic continues to apply only to non-zero transactions. This protects against generating $0 commission entries while still giving affiliates and SaaS owners accurate attribution and reporting. This would bring Affiliate Manager in line with standard SaaS free trial models, not just flat one-time-payment products.
