Have Affiliate Manager be able to integrate with Stripe for payouts to affiliates.

This is very important since the Stripe integration (for product sales) is super easy, but the Paypal Business Acct. integration is super complicated (especially the Payouts feature needed to pay affiliates). Can this please be prioritized?
