Formatting of Product Description does not translate to invoice
When you format the description of a product (use WYSIWYGs editor), when you use the product in an invoice the description comes through as a single line test with no formatting.

Invoice default emails need a from name and email setting
Currently the email appears to go out from whoever is logged into the account for sending the invoice. If they are not logged in with the domain associated with email send, gmail creates a phishing notice.

No 'amount' capability for discount in Invoices
I can't match an Estimate (where I gave a discount using Amount - not Percentage). It doesn't automatically create an Invoice to send out once approved. I created the Invoice but cannot match the amount because only Percentage is offered in the Discount area (not Amount - which I need please). Thank you.

Fixed Price Discount Not Available (even though it is in proposals/estimates)
It seems like you guys forgot to add the fixed price discount to the invoices. It allows you to do a % discount, but not fixed... so all my invoices are odd discount percents and cents. Looks very unprofessional. I don't think this is a feature request - this seems more like a bug to me!
