Upgrade the AI Chatbot to a full lead capture system
Having the AI chatbot be able to chat with leads, capture full details, and then once the lead is captured, send the information off to be reviewed would be the perfect implementation for many businesses. We have tried setting up the chatbot using the chat widget, however it is simply not polished enough to be viable at this stage, it would result in too much maintenence to keep it working than it would be worth - if these features were to be build natively into the Conversation AI section, it would result in a much better experience for both customers and the subaccounts using it. Features to add: the ability for the conversation AI to provide options from a selectable list - creating a live survey of sorts, so the customer can select, for example, what service they are interested in, and based on that, the bot can ask different questions. the ability to detect once the conversation finishes: right now, there is no option to have the details be captured and sent off when a conversation is finished - the closest we can do is create a wait step in a workflow, and if there is no response for 5 minutes, then it will send the details.having this build into the conversation AI would be ideal. fix the disconnect between conversation AI and other features of GHL: currently it feels like there is a disconnect between the different services, where for some things, you are supposed to build a workflow for the ai to do things, whereas for other things, the AI is supposed to be able to do things on its own. fully integrating things into the conversation AI menus will make the process a lot less confusing.
