At the moment you can only choose single calendars as option to book. In the use case of small businesses such as beauty slaons, Gymns, barber, real estate and many many other, you need to be able to choose between various services and calnedars. That would be very important. If the conversation AI could choose from service menus, it would solve this problem

Yes please! We have a separate calendar for each age group of trial classes we offer. Allowing the bot access to all of them with the ability to figure out which calendar the lead needs would be awesome!

Abhishek Kumar I started working on setting up the WF after our meeting. Things are getting easy with the trigger from conversation AI. One question for better understanding. In my use case with the service menu, I trigger the workflow to change the ai bot under specific conditions. And then the other bot with a calendar kicks in. That's it or?
How can avoid that the customer is then booking two services at the same time?

Hans Lange I believe thats it , the customer booking two services cannot be handled at this point
you can do one thing , enable the option in appointment booking feature pause bot after booking an appointment , this way the bot will never reply

Abhishek Kumar I guess that we can handle that by the "receptionist" bot: Last question of the bot could be" Do you want to book another servoce?" If this triggers another "receptionist" who distribute the call to the mentioned service bot? I guess that is an option.
By the way, I struggle with the prompt. It is not really as "fluent" as it should be and sometime phantasizing previous trained elements (in my case sending a booking link, which is not in the actual training)

if that is allowed I have a good solution
in appointment booking feature there is a trigger a workflow feature .
After a appointment is booked trigger the workflow having receptionist bot .
2nd issue:
It is because the bot is picking the booking link from conversation history , hence multiple appointment booking might be an issue .
But you can schedule a call again for tomorrow with me , you have my calendar link
