In order to support email as a Conversational AI channel, LeadConnector would first need to recognize the intended recipient of an inbound email. Currently, LC Email can only associate incoming messages with a contact and their assigned user, without accounting for which internal user the message was actually addressed to.

Brian Del Terzo, right! The Platform needs to read the headers to know who the email is from and who it is addressed to. In my case: If it is to IdeasBoardTest@TheBaldGuyMarketing.com I know it is coming from someone who found me on the Canny platform. I would prompt the AI to respond differently to that email than one sent to youtube@thebaldguymarketing.com.

Keith Besherse Yep, slightly unrelated, but I just want to point out how limiting it is that texts and emails in HighLevel are entirely based on the contact owner when the contact is known. And if the contact isn’t known, emails can’t come into the Conversations inbox at all. Because of that, we’ve had to rely on Google Groups to manage support and general inquiries handled by multiple users.
Our previous CRM had a shared Support Inbox that allowed the whole team to manage conversations and trigger automations or pipelines as requests came in. Yes we 100% need AI to help generate suggested responses .. with ton of apps on the market like 'FIxer.AI'.. GHL really needs to step up the 101 email ing inbox..
Gmail is so much easier for me but I do want to keep things centralised in GHL ..
If GHL could make the management of email inbox more robust like gmail has it'd be a game changer.
And with AI plugged in to help me respond to emails than we're unstoppable!

At very least, could we get Suggestive mode? It seems like just a matter of turning on a Content AI button in the email composer window (with brand board/brand voice/knowledge base as the training set).
