Social Planner

It would be great if there was an inbox feature of sorts where you could see all your comments and messages from your social sites instead of having to click on each post and go to the platform. Something kind of like what is in Meta Business Suite.

Would love to have suggested posting times for the most active times for audience for the best engagement.

Like some of the other Social Media posting vendors, it would be great to have Link Shortening functionality inside High-Level, especially for Twitter. Inclusions would need to be: A default LeadConnector branded one Ability to add some of the majors (e.g. Bit.ly etc) Ability to add your own if it has the right API hooks

It would be great to post videos on Google Business Profiles.

Please add the Bluesky platform to the social planner - it seems to be the latest place where all the cool kids hang out now X is out of favour.

Social Planner has a lot of potential, but we are unable to use it due to the limitations in it's functionality: ✅ 1. Being able to send notifications in bulk whenever social posts are ready to be approved (i.e. 30 at a time). https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/social-planner/p/social-planner-bulk-approval-notification Also to be able to use a workflow trigger for this notification so that we can more easily customize the date/time the notification goes out and can more send slack notifications and use other integrations. ✅ 2. Implement workflow triggers and actions such as the below (lot's more can be done): Triggers -> a. Post set as scheduled/to be approved b. Post approved/rejected c. Post hit schedule date but still in review Actions -> a. Set from in review to approved (or change status' in general) ✅ 3. Have an agency overview of all the sub-account social planners so that our team can go in and get a birds eye view of all the posts that need revisions/that have been approved and scheduled. Being able to make changes on this view as well would be imperative. We'd love to have collaboration feature that allows our clients to use collaboration posts for IG

The Threads meta platform just launched and I think it would be beneficial as a robust Social Media Posting offer to also allow to integrate with Meta Threads (the new Twitter.)

We need to be able to select thumbnail for reels that shows up on the user profile.

I'd love to turn the template library into a mini-store and be able to monetise contents within the social media template library by charging a defined amount for individual items or as a package (i.e. pack of 3 items, 5 items, other bulk configuration etc.) by defining prices in 'Products' for specific line items in invoicing and charging any content the client chooses either upfront or at the end of the month.
