Add the ability to automate follow-ups for open estimates within the platform. This feature would allow users to:
Automate Follow-Ups: Set up automated reminders or follow-up sequences to ensure timely communication with leads or clients regarding pending estimates.
AI Follow-Ups: Set up automated AI follow-ups with prompts to ensure a yes or no answer from every lead or client regarding pending estimates.
Analytics: Include metrics to track follow-up performance, such as response rates or time-to-close for estimates.
This feature would improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase the likelihood of closing deals.

I really like the thought of conversation AI following up on open estimates to close the deal, but it dosent seem to take off. What is your opinion Keith Besherse Keith Besherse ?

Iver Aune, honestly, I'm not sure what you are asking for here. We already have the ability to initiate a workflow when a document is sent. And we have the ability to start a different workflow when the invoice is paid. And we have Conversation AI actions in workflows. What would your suggestion do?

Keith Besherse I would like to have it as a AI Conversation goal to close the deal after sent estimate. Where we can set the intervals of how often it follows up and how aggressive it will handle objections.
It should understand when the customer are accepting and declining the estimate, or if they are not ready yet so it can send itself to sleep.
It should have the ability to understand the content of the estimate and send the link to the estimate in the follow ups.
I think this could be a huge part of the nurture step of GHL.
What is your thought on these features?

Iver Aune I think there are far more important features. And cleaning up of current features. What you want can be done with Conversation AI now. Many things that need done don't need to be done by AI.

Keith Besherse I agree! I can send you a list twice as long with features and fixes I would prioritize before a follow-up bot.
I understand we can make workarounds, but the exact features and behavior I described would have to be added as its own feature or Conversation AI goal.
Our clients also send a lot of estimated, but they suck at nurturing - which is where this idea came from.
Thanks for your opinion though, I hoped it would be more appealing 😅
