Why do we even have to ask? Why is this a thing for MailGun but not for LC Email? Sales & Marketing Core Platform Shaun Clark

Easy enough if they let us "Search By, Condition/If Else, or Trigger" by email validation status (unvalidated, valid, invalid).

So what is the point behind Invalid emails if you cannot create a workflow to delete them from contact? Just create a "DELETE ALL" from verification. This would mean I manual delete or pay for the verification on every campaign.
This does not seem ethical to recharge, recharge, and recharge.....
Plus, I cannot export invalid email list to manually delete.

GHL needs to manage:
1 ) soft bounces: track and unsubscribe >3
2) hard bounces: remove from list
3) SPAM complaints: automatic unsub/DND
To not do this hurts the entire platform. This is basic email marketing functionality.
There are many related suggestions on this. They should all be combined.

If we Enable “Mark Email Invalid from Hard Bounce.
Sometimes I noticed that email was still sent although it was marked invalid. And hard bounced.
Currently we are marking Hard bounced email contacts as DND manually
Having this automation build to mark a contact as DND if emai,l is changed to Invalid is very important.

Add an action event "Hard bounces" under email events , so an action can be added only for the emails that hard bounced.
It is a pain to do this task manually.
