This is a critical need. Better yet have one dashboard with toggles of EVERY random automated email so people can choose to have them or not.

HighLevel should NEVER send an email to our list that we can't edit or turn off. That needs to be part of the SOP for anything.
This is crazy how many emails it's sending automatically.
It even sent an email to random people on my list today inviting them to my community so now I have people in it that didn't pay to be there and I'm having to go through and kick them out and apologize.
That's crazy to me that it's just emailing people and tanking my sender score, creating opt-outs, and ruining my afternoon while I deal with it.

Christina "Blue" Hooper we noticed this when doing our final testing for our new members area. We're last minute having to choose a different platform for communities because of how many random automatic emails the system sends out. Its super odd that they made that a thing to begin with then did not add a way for users to turn them off or even customize it?

This needs to be implemented asap. EVERY system default email should be editable!
Hurting the onboarding process and looks so spammy. The wording isn't great either. Let us change it

Go HighLevel agree, please give us the option to turn off emails and also customize the content of the email as well as the domain.
Currently the emails are sent from a made up email based on the community domain, with a "via" the subaccount domain and we need to be able to match these for branding and consistency.

PLEASE -- this is really frustrating, we are not able to have a clean onboarding process into our communities because it's impossible to turn off the automated system emails for the community + group (why there are different emails for both the "community" and the "groups" I don't know). This is sorely needed. We should be able to disable ANY system default email related to communities/groups/courses/offers/etc. any type of membership. I would rather set up my own custom email in a workflow, or just have everything be customizable.
