Missing Date Time Custom Field

Set Event Start Date is looking for a Date and Time Custom Field, but you can't even create a custom field of type Date/Time despite being asked for 2-3 years ago and being basic to all CRMs.

In Europe we HAVE to track date and time consent when creating a new lead.

Pallavi Kothari: Please also give us the control to choose or set date/time formats. Much better if we can set once per location and forget and the entire system would honour the setting.
