Email threads for clients

One thing I noticed is that using LC or Mailgun, responding to a clients email (even if you reply as a thread in GHL) doesn't create a thread in the client's inbox.
I tested this myself as well, and right now prefer to use Gmail as it actively creates and keeps the thread going for both me and the client. much easier for clients to keep track of their support inquiries that way.

Didn't notice this didn't exist until a client brought it to my attention. I just assumed this is a built-in feature just like every other CRM.

Can't figure out why this isn't already developed. It is really necessary.

It would be so nice if the "thread" that shows in the Conversations actually looked like an email too. It's hard to understand what's a new email too. I miss conversations a lot!
