For over a month now it's not even possible to reply to the same thread a person replied to (after receiving an automated email)
Support has known about it for 1-2 months & still nothing.
Hard to understand how GHL is functioning without such a crucial feature

I, like many others, need this functionality. It’s a significant issue that forces me to use a different platform for email workflows because GHL lacks this basic but crucial feature. It's extremely disappointing to set up my entire business on your platform only to find that it can't support such an essential task — sending sales emails in workflows and following up within the same thread. Please, GHL, address this! This feature is a must-have.

Any progress? This would be very useful so the recipient doesn't have to search any other emails from me after a follow-up reminder email. It would seem a lot more human than always starting new threads.
