Shaun Clark, I am replying to an email from Support (to keep the ticket open). Yet the system thinks I am sending a new request for support via email because the message I sent isn't threaded correctly as a reply. We still cannot change the From email on replies to match the details of the original message, it defaults to the signed in user, not {{location.email}}. I would want all the follow-up emails created by GPT to show up on the same email thread so the recipient can see the chain of emails from the initials one onwards? Any solutions?
