Trigger For Cold Inbound Emails

While cold inbound email is now possible with Mailgun, there isn’t a trigger that works with it. We need a trigger that can be used to tag a cold inbound email contact or add them to a campaign.

I think the trigger should be:
Customer Replied with Channel = Email and filters:
Direction is incoming
Contact is: new means this is a cold inbound email
Contact is: existing means this is a follow up message

Also, I would like to receive emails sent to any of the Dedicated Sending Domains.
At which point we would probably want to trigger/filter using domain/subdomain name too.

Significantly, which of our Dedicated Sending Domains and which addressee they send the email to should be available as filters.
