'Contact Replied' Trigger does not fire on cold inbound emails

The contact replied trigger states that it fires when a message is received from a contact. It doesn't fire when receiving a cold inbound email. Perhaps this is because they client isn't technically 'replying' to an email we sent them. Nonetheless, seems like a simple fix

Sales & Marketing - user reply trigger is not the same as this. This is a totally separate issue. Cold inbound emails are not the same as a user replying. We need a user reply trigger to help turn off automations / auto-replies when a staff member starts chatting. This is handled automatically by conversation AI but we we need it handled for manually setup workflows/sequences so that when our user replies the trigger can help cut off other workflows. Please de-couple it from this ideas board!
