Currently if I use the "Customer Replied" trigger I can only filter by either ONE channel, or all of them (ie no filter).
There is also no "if/then" filter that selects channel.
I want to use my automation for multiple channels, eg all social media and SMS but NOT email... to do this currently I'd have to create a bunch of different automations.
I would prefer to be able to select multiple channels in the trigger filter so I can do this all in one automation.
