Currently, you can select the name and email for the emails within the workflow, I think it would be ideal if you can select what number you want to have the automations go out as well. This way if you are working with clients that have locations with different area codes, we can provide the automation to fit that specific local area. Or even an additional option with the SMS action within the workflow.
Some clients prefer to have one subaccount with multiple pipelines instead of being in and out of multiple subaccounts.

I have three different phone numbers, but I’m unable to execute a separate workflow for each one. It’s crucial to have an option in the trigger to select which phone number initiates the workflow.

Along the same lines as this, I'd love to be able to differentiate the default number for Outbound Calls, vs the default number for SMS. Just had a batch of SMS fail because I'd set the default to a landline for the outbound sales team to call from

This would add a lot of utility to set up automated booking for multiple team members in a single sub account. This way, I think you could make a chat bot automation for each team member with their own phone number! Amazing!

Currently there is only 1 default set up for all outbound communications.If you use more than 1 twilio phone number it could be a great idea to be able to set up in workflow which number should be used for outbound communication in that workflow.

this is so needed, if someone texts us to a different number other than the default phone number. Any automatic replies will come from a default number.

This feature is so important, I'm surprised it's not already included. As an agency that has multiple phone numbers for marketing purposes, it's necessary to be able to select which outbound number to use in my workflows and automations
