Voice AI Warm Transfer

It would be great if the AI could route a transferred call back to the AI if the transferred call is not answered. The AI needs to listen if the transferred call goes to voicemail and then if it does go to voicemail it can return to the caller and take a message from the caller. The current capability of only transferring a call leaves too many customers upset that they get transferred to a voicemail

Agreed - even when not transferred to a voicemail - It is a very abrupt transfer - sometimes it's so in a rush to transfer it doesn't even finish it's sentence and sends the call over.. It's a harsh throwing of a call, not a transfer lol
