When managing a sub-account, the reviews should say Sincerely (User) instead of coming from the sender, i.e. OR have the freedom to change this message. IF agency manages an email blast review for the sub account the email should come from the assigned user and not the agency. Thank you!

1000% this! It is absolutely bonkers that the review request doesn't come from the client's name/email by default with their info as the signature. Why the heck would it ever be a good idea for it to come from the agency? This should be pushed as a high priority because it makes it really difficult to white label this service for my clients.

Absolutely agree - just sent out bulk review request while doing white label work for an agency and didn't realize it signed my name.... And then it won't let me change it because it is HARD-CODED. (Good Grief Charlie Brown... what in tarnation were you thinking) Embarrassing on my part for not noticing, and I'm sure his clients are like who the heck is that?

Completely agree! Why would my client's customers need to receive a review request with my name a logo (as a stranger) in the sign off? The client's name and logo alone is appropriate. Mystifying!

Is that possible to remove sender name and show only agency information?
