Allow for the IVR Trigger to select numbers in Number Pool instead of just the individual numbers in the account (See attached). This would allow a catch-all for all tracking numbers in the account so they can be added to the IVR workflow.
Right now, the "Call Trigger" showcases the filtering functionality that is needed in the IVR trigger perfectly (Attached).
This would immediately enhance the powerful capabilities of IVR AND phone tracking in one swoop. Please please please!
