One of the most important times we need the IVR feature is when someone calls from the website which uses a number pool. Without this functionality the IVR feature loses half its value.

Allow for the IVR Trigger to select numbers in Number Pool instead of just the individual numbers in the account (See attached). This would allow a catch-all for all tracking numbers in the account so they can be added to the IVR workflow.
Right now, the "Call Trigger" showcases the filtering functionality that is needed in the IVR trigger perfectly (Attached).
This would immediately enhance the powerful capabilities of IVR AND phone tracking in one swoop. Please please please!

Same issue here. We track campaigns with pools but then lose all the IVR routing benefits. Having to choose between attribution and automation feels backwards.

This is insane. I use number pools for tracking and I can't even use the IVR workflow.

Do we any update here? Is there a way to forward number pools to an In App numbe rin Go HIgH level that way we can trigger the IVR using the In App number. I was told that this should be enabled by January 2026.

Need this feature. Phone number attribution is one of our biggest hurdles and cant be done currently due to the IVR restriction.

This should be a high priority for the team. If I have a client that wants a call tree, and suddenly we can't track where their calls are coming from because call pools aren't supported, which creates a huge gap in this offering. Would love someone to help us get this prioritized please. Thanks HighLevel Team!

Not having the ability to include number pool with other LC numbers is an absolute oversight. This is critical for IVR use
