Transcription Automations in Workflows (ChatGPT)

Would be great if we can detect a call has happened, especially under a specific tag or specific value in a custom field then take that call and transcribe it via Workflows/Automations (store it in a custom field or as note), and then use for example ChatGPT to create bullet points or to answer questions automatically.
So we can for example have ChatGPT ask the Transcription "Has the Customer said X?", then bullet point is created "Customer has not mentioned X"
Would be great to create bullet points of the call and send it to my client before the customer shows.
If questions pile up would save considerable time for my ISA's to fill up fields. Thank you 🫶 (Would also maybe be more accurate and prevent human error)

We would love to see this implemented asap!
With transcripts being fed into workflows we unlock a whole new level of value opportunity with customised follow up sequences based on the occurrences in the call.
Can we please get the transcripts as a custom field or something that we can reference in workflows in combination with things like GPT this would be a gamechanger.
