We are looking to have inbound calls to the Twilio numbers transcribed (written down in text) and then added to the "Notes" in an opportunity. This will allow our clients to be able to reference the call and better determine if it is a Good Lead, Bad Lead, or if a Sale was made, etc. Twilio has Call Transcription services, however after speaking to them they do not have a native integration to pull the audio recording from HL. After speaking with Javier today, it seems HL does not have this yet either. Would LOVE to see this as a rapidly developed feature, I know it would be game-changing for us, and would add tons of value for anyone that records calls with HL.
