Call Transcriptions for LC
P
Patrick Chambers
I'm currently on the LC phone system, setting up an AI Agent to handle calls. A transcript is emailed to the specified User(s). It would be great if that could also be attached to the Contact Record -- either by adding it to the Notes, or sending the Contact an email ( of course it needs to be provided on the call, or exist already in a Contact Record). That way when you go into the Contact Record you have that information like you would with all other communications.

Call Transcriptions are redacting even though I do not want them to

Why would a call transcription redact the most important information like name, address, and contact information? That's the stuff I want to make sure I get right and sometimes it's difficult to understand and a transcription service can help me get it correct.
So I'd like an option whether or not to redact - both at the company level (always/never redact call transcriptions) and after the fact on transcriptions - like "redact this transcription's PII" (if the company level was set to disable redaction by default)
Related: https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/integrations/p/transcription-of-recorded-calls (make the call transcriptions available via workflows)
For example, maybe I want the call transcription text to be sent for analysis so it can automatically update any contact information in GHL for me.

Call Transcriptions & Call Summaries for Twilio Integration
E
Eric Dunn
Currently call transcriptions for LC Phone (GHL Owned Twilio) has been built out since mid 2024, but still functionality not added for Twilio users. There are many reason to use Twilio directly (for 1 pricing). Please help bring this important feature to SaaS users who utilize the Twilio integration.

IVR Call Transcription

We need the call transcription feature for IVR calls. As the IVR becomes better, it would be another huge selling point.

IVR Voicemail Transcription would also be a huge help. Thanks!

I second this!
In our use case, we are manually listening to client calls to review/provide feedback/coaching and other analytics (have been for a few years).
Some of which include the name/address/reason for the call.
The name/address data is clearly there and identified, as it is being redacted (I assume for some "security" purpose.)
Having the name/address or other information redacted basically makes call transcriptions a feature that has relatively little value in our use case; whereas if we had the ability to show the data in the transcript, it would be indispensable.

Agreed!

More than that, we need the names and phone numbers NOT redacted. That defeats the usefulness of transcription.
