IVR needs to ring in-app users instead of forwarding to an outside number.

Agreed. Will be a massive game changer. We are currently having to use a Google Voice number assigned to each user. This is far from ideal and there are many limitations to this.

Yeah, this would open up for the ability to patch the call to a second party if the first person reached was not the ideal person to field the call
Also it's just good for the brand image to keep the calls inside our system. Gives a much more powerful impression I think.
