Forward Calls to Web and Mobile App in User Settings Creates Confusion

When choosing settings within "Calls & Voicemail Settings" there should be a radio button instead of check boxes. Currently a user can select both "Forward calls to web app" AND "Forward calls to mobile app". This is misleading as by selecting both, the mobile app does not work, only the desktop will be able to answer calls.

Yeah this bit us too. Client kept missing calls because they thought both options would work simultaneously. Either make it actually ring both or fix the UI to be clearer about the either/or limitation.

I do not see any documentation that says that the softphone feature is "either/or" for Web and Mobile. All documentation I have read says it's a "ring all devices" option, so if there is a limitation that only one softphone option can be active, please direct me to that documentation or fix the problem. My client has become very distrustful of the phone system at this point.
