Ability to Assign Multiple Phone Numbers to a User

Can we get the ability to assign multiple phone numbers to a user without having to give account admin rights. Our users call into multiple states and it is a pain to ask the account admin to change outbound dialing number every time they call to a different state.

I have the same situation. Perhaps an option can be added to have a default number for SMS (messages) as well?

I agree, I am based in Australia, but my clients are based globally. I have a workflow setup where a user is contacting many leads in multiple countries and cannot set up the SMS to come from 1 user using multiple country phone numbers. This is creating a big problem when it comes to global business located outside of the US.

Same issue here, I'm in Australia and can not send to US numbers so I had to setup another sub-account as a work around

I have a team that calls and sends SMS messages to multiple countries, and the way that it is set up now means that the SMS messages fail if sent from a UK number and vise versa.

Yes I have the same issue. I use one number for EU and one number for USA and only can get inbound calls from one number which makes no sense. Just make a multiple choice with all numbers who should route to one user.
