Any ETA on this for Canadians? I just set up a Canadian client on GHL, as GHL claimed it handles sales tax. I'm horrified that it doesn't, as each Canadian province has a different tax percentage that needs to be automatically added to the product/total during checkout, based on the province they live in. I had already recommended GHL to another client and we were just getting ready to move forward with her purchasing her account, and now I'm going to have to recommend a different platform that can handle HST/GST.
This isn't an optional feature. It's a dealbreaker, and this client's business can't wait to see if it might ever be implemented.
It really shouldn't be hard to implement this, even if we have to manually enter the tax percentage for each province in the tax settings (better than nothing). The biggest thing is that when a buyer enters their information during checkout and they select their Canadian province, that the designated tax amount for that province be automatically added and displayed on the checkout and receipt.

Don't forget NZ & Australia. This really shouldn't be hard. Extremely disappointing from GHL. This was marked as in progress 2 months ago. What progress has been made? Shaun Clark how can you let this slide for so long? There are comments here from 2023!!!

EU VAT EORI

Add auto adding EU VAT for EU VAT clients and make an exception for UK companies so we can control if we're selling saas or a human based product.

Without this option, GHL is unusable for European businesses. When is an update planned?
