Spammers are easy to spot from veteran marketers. However, our clients receive a lot of it and don't know what to do. If AI can do a check of the following, automatically remove the contact and message history, and block future comms, this would be wonderful!
Example spam behavior:
- Are they pretending to be FB/Insta?
- Are they offering money?
- Are they making explicit requests?
- Are they advertising a product?
- Did they provide a misleading link?
Come to think of it, this should be expanded to all forms of communication inside of GHL.

There are some suggestions to be able to mark messages as spam but we get DOZENS of spam messages every week from new account and the ability to FILTER these messages based on key words would be great since the messages are usually very similar.

We're drowning in crypto and "make money online" spam messages. A keyword filter would save us so much time instead of manually marking each one.

Dear High level.... We have the "Contact Type" field which only has two options (we cant customize) "Lead" and "Customer". We need a "Spam" option which could be used for all the functionality to fix this problem. Boom

This is critical, I have been losing clients because the unified inbox is all spam. Heck I checked our how system and in the last 3 hours we received 30 spam messages. We need to do something about this, no one want to wade through endless spam to find a customer
