Make 'DND Incoming' Apply Across All Incoming Conversation Channels

Currently toggling 'DND Incoming' does not stop contacts from continuing to message you via certain channels (Instagram, for example).
For businesses with a mix of personal & business messages, this means there is no way to stop personal messages going into GHL conversations. You can select 'DND Incoming' on friends/family messages, but it does not actually stop future incoming messages.
DND Incoming should apply to all incoming channels, or there should be a DND social / Mark As Spam option.
We need some way to block certain messages from coming in as conversations.

Currently, DND ALL does NOT cover Incoming Calls and it should! Considering the overwhelming number of spam calls a subaccount can get these days, this is VERY MUCH NEEDED!
I've a workflow set up that triggers with a 'spam' tag. Which makes it super easy for clients to isolate these contacts and make sure noone is inundated with spam. This workflow includes DND ALL and DND Calls but the DND Calls does not work - so even if they are added to DND these bots can still call repeatedly.
This seems to be a major oversight to the 'DND ALL' category no?

Yes, this is much needed. We get our conversations packed with personal messages, spam, emojis or even sharing reels/stories and would love to turn on DND incoming (specific channel)

And…a Workflow action “DND Incoming.” Allows us to define spam parameters and automatically block future messages.

In particular, DND incoming email. I applied the spam tag, either manually or via workflow rule. Now I would like to immediately either mark any future email as read (so I don't have to see/read) or not even deliver that email to the contact record.

Especially valuable if/when paired with the ability to filter the Customer Replied workflow trigger based on email headers. (A particular email address or email domain/domain tld [top level domain]).
