Improve client experience by letting them send templates from the conversations page.
The issue: Currently templates ONLY allows them to send snippets, and NOT proper email templates.

I like that I can load snippets into Conversations and then even edit them. Why am I not able to do this with more robust email templates? Please make this possible.

This is a pretty big miss not be able to send a direct email using one of the templates without it being in an automation or on the marketing tab. Should be able to quickly send templates from conversations without having to leave that area.

A client asks me if she could select an email template to send in the Conversation and also change some stuff in it. Basically I want the email template to have the same function as "Templates (Snippets)", which can be inserted into conversations and also change some text.

Snippets and Templates should work the same way. Conversation section needs to be able to send email templates. I end up having to copy all the templates over into snippets but it won't format the same. Leaving the user frustrated.

Yes! There are some email templates that are informational and are perfect to send to a client in beautiful HTML, but to do that you have to go create a campaign and it's a mission. Doing it from conversations would be perfect.
