Select Email template from Contact Card itself when trying to send a template email

At the moment the only way to select an email template to send to a single contact is going into the general Contact list and selecting to send Bulk email. Please can you add this as a dropdown on individual contact cards so we can stay in the contact card to send an email using a template. Also, please add a search field on the dropdown so that we can search by name for the template as opposed to having to scroll down a long list hoping we see it. Very time consuming

Currently, email templates in GoHighLevel can only be used inside workflows or campaigns. There is no way to select and send an existing template as a one-off email directly from an individual contact profile.
This creates unnecessary friction for teams who need to send approved, on-brand messages quickly during 1:1 communication such as support follow-ups, sales clarifications, onboarding confirmations, or exception handling.
Allowing templates to be selected within the contact-level email composer would:
- Ensure brand consistency across all outbound emails
- Reduce copy/paste errors and time wasted recreating messages
- Improve operational efficiency for sales, support, and operations teams
- Align with real-world CRM usage where not every message belongs in a workflow
Templates should be reusable assets across all email-sending contexts, including direct contact emails, not just automations or campaigns.
This would be a meaningful UX improvement for teams that rely on GHL as their primary CRM and comms hub.

Geez - this seems like an obvious feature. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure this out....never assuming it was not available in GHL.

I'm shocked this isn't already in the platform. Need to get this set-up ASAP if it's going to be used as a proper company CRM and not just sales/lead generation
