Would it be possible to populate to non-text fields like Radio Select and decide on closest match? e.g. how many square metres and someone answers 250 - that updates the radio select for 200-349sqm.
So bypassing the need for a text field for the answer, then a GPT action in a workflow to interpret the answer, and then if/else action to send down a branch with an action to update contact field that is the radio select custom field.

I am actually shocked this isn't an already supported functionality of Conversational AI in Workflows. I come from the world of ManyChat and you can have a user input for any question and save it to any custom field you want.

Now that we can control prompt for the 2 bots (Q&A and Appointment bot), I think this could easily be accomplished by creating a rule that goes along with the 'conversation flow' on the Appointment Booking bot.
I'm using the Conversation Flow questions as pre-qualifiers before even starting to talk about booking an appointment. To me it seems trivial to also add a custom field to save the answer a user provides to a given question in a custom field if it's filled out.

Please connect custom values on conversation AI with custom fields with contact information, so that our customers ask question it can check the data in real time and answer the question after verifying the client.

Absolute necessity! We need to be able to capture contact details immediately before engaging in a conversation. Apparently the live chat widget should do this - it shows in the preview when setting it up - but it never works on my website. Why can't I get details like SMS or email chat option?
