This product is clearly not ready for release to paying customers.
It repeatedly demonstrates that it is a MVP (minimum viable product) that is only suitable for internal testing.
The published baseline behavior is to book an appointment then transition to general Q&A mode. Well, it clearly doesn't recognize when it has achieved that objective!
The bot said: "Great to hear you're gearing up for our one-on-one chat! ... First things first, do you wish to book an appointment ..."
Wait, what?!?!? A one-on-one chat IS an appointment! We have achieved the conversation objective. Why is the bot still asking? And how is booking an appointment possibly "first" since we are way past "first" in the conversation?
