Allow chatbot to update custom fields or add tags to contact or create opportunities...etc.

Right now, conversation AI chatbots are only for conversation, but it would be great to have a bot that has some "function" functionality. When something happens, the bot could use those functions or execute automations, as if it were the workflow conversation AI.

Now that we can control prompt for the 2 bots (Q&A and Appointment bot), I think this could easily be accomplished by creating a rule that goes along with the 'conversation flow' on the Appointment Booking bot.
I'm using the Conversation Flow questions as pre-qualifiers before even starting to talk about booking an appointment. To me it seems trivial to also add a custom field to save the answer a user provides to a given question in a custom field if it's filled out.
