Billing frequency change for Call Recording Storage

Earlier, Call Recording Storage was billed once a month per subaccount (if call recording is used).

Now, Call Recording Storage will be billed daily per subaccount.

Your total billing amount for Recording Storage for a month should NOT change. It's just the frequency of billing that's changing.

You may see 2 transactions on 3rd June corresponding to 1st and 2nd June. After that, it'll show you one transaction per day per sub-account.

In case you want reduce these charges, you can choose to delete older call recordings automatically.
