  • You can choose to enable it under sub-account settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Call Recording
  • The default retention period is set to 90 days and can be changed by you
  • By storing only recent call recordings, you can control your call recording storage bills
  • This option is accessible to agency and sub-account admins only
  • Call transcripts continue to exist, unaffected by recording deletion
