From around the 3rd of June 2025, sub-accounts using Call Recording will start seeing a daily transaction for Call Recording Storage.
Earlier, we were billing it once every month. Now, we will bill it everyday.
Your total billing amount for Recording Storage for a month should NOT change. It's just the frequency of billing that's changing.
You may see 3 transactions on 3rd June corresponding to 1st, 2nd and 3rd June. After that, it'll show you one transaction per day per sub-account.
In case you want reduce these charges, you can choose to delete older call recordings automatically.
