Quick update from the WhatsApp team. WhatsApp Carousel templates are in active development and we are targeting first week of August for the initial rollout. We know Meta shipped this a while ago and that it matters for staying competitive, so it is a priority. I will post rollout details here closer to launch. Thanks for the patience.

Any update on the WhatsApp Carousel feature rollout?

Most major API providers have already introduced this, and honestly, it’s becoming difficult for agencies like ours to stay competitive without it.

We currently have a client with multiple products under the same niche, and carousel support inside WhatsApp would make the user journey significantly better compared to sending long text flows or multiple separate messages.

Would really appreciate some clarity or tentative timeline from the team on this.

Any update on this? This is a must-needed feature, to be honest, and it's a very basic thing which should be there.

The carousel format converts way better than single images in our campaigns. Really surprised this isn't available yet when Meta rolled it out months ago.
