Show up to ten products, offers or services in a single WhatsApp message. Each card gets its own image or video and its own buttons, and your customer swipes through them right in the chat. One send, one marketing message charge, a whole range on display.
> 🛒 One message used to mean one offer. Now it can mean ten, and the customer tells you exactly which one they want by which card they tap.

What's new
🎠 Up to ten cards in one message
  • A scrollable row of cards:
Write your message body once, then attach between 2 and 10 cards. Each card carries its own image or video header, optional text, and up to two buttons. Customers swipe horizontally without leaving the conversation.
  • One message, not ten:
WhatsApp bills per message, so a ten-card carousel costs you a single marketing message instead of ten separate sends. It also counts once against your messaging limits rather than ten times.

👆 Buttons that tell you what they actually want
  • Two buttons per card:
Mix quick reply, call, and website buttons. A tap on card three is a far stronger signal than a tap on a generic "Shop now", because you learn which product caught them.
  • Quick replies keep them in the chat:
A quick reply button answers in the thread and fires a webhook you can route into a workflow, so you can follow up on the specific item without sending anyone to a browser.
  • Per-card links:
Each card's website button can carry its own variable, so card one goes to that product's page and card two goes to a different one.
🖼 Image or video on every card
  • Show the thing, not a description:
Headers take images or video, automatically cropped to fit the customer's device. Good for product drops, property listings, menu items, class schedules, or a seasonal offer set.

How to use it
  1. Go to
    Settings → WhatsApp → Templates
    and click
    Create template
    .
  2. Set
    Category
    to
    Marketing
    and choose the
    Carousel
    type.
  3. Write your message body, then add your cards with their images or video, text and buttons.
  4. Submit for Meta approval and send from Conversations, a workflow, or a bulk action.
Two things to plan for:
  • Card count is locked at approval.
A template approved with five cards always sends five. If you want a four-card version too, that is a second template.
  • Every card must match.
If one card has body text, they all need body text. If one has two buttons, they all need two buttons. This is what keeps the card heights even as customers swipe.

Why this matters for your business
Marketing on WhatsApp has always forced a choice: send one offer and hope it is the right one, or send several messages and pay for each while eating into the frequency limits Meta applies per customer. Carousels remove that trade-off. You put the range in front of someone in a single send, and their tap tells you which item to follow up on instead of leaving you guessing.
  • Lower cost per offer shown.
Ten products for the price of one marketing message.
  • Lighter touch on messaging limits.
One send against your per-customer frequency, not ten.
  • Sharper intent data.
You learn which product, not just that someone was interested.
  • Fewer wasted sends.
No need to guess which single offer to lead with.
  • Reusable across your clients.
Product drops, property listings, menus, class timetables and service tiers all fit the same format.
Open Settings → WhatsApp → Templates and build a carousel for your next promotion.
