This is a must within the WhatsApp category as most people who use WhatsApp in certain countries do not type much but send voice notes instead. I believe currently you can only listen to voice notes sent from customers on WhatsApp but you cannot send a voice note back, which can be complicated for some customer support agents who use WhatsApp for their work via the WA mobile app, gives them a reason to not use GHL and keep their WA conversations within their mobiles.

Yes a mic button within the app or in the browser that will record spoken audio in the correct format and automatically attach it as a file. This can be used for sending through whatsapp or SMS (which is what I need it for). Future functionality would allow the user to playback the audio before sending.

Leave a voice note is not possible. Allows you to leave an audio file.
