Umar Ranginwala Congratulations! That's definitely a highly requested feature. I have a question: is it possible to access that file through the API? In other words, can I make a request to an endpoint and obtain the file's URL, allowing me to download it externally?

Pablo Alejandro Umar Ranginwala I have already tried the function and tried it in the same way by API and if the images work but audio are still the same I don't understand why they didn't add audio all at once do you think it will be added soon?

Solve this urgently. It´s a way to solve another disappointing process that is not enabled, such as sending attachments through webhooks on WhatsApp channel

Alonso Vega I was recently in contact with the GHL Whatsapp support and development team. I collected evidence from multiple separate claims, all of which request the same thing (secure sending of the media message URL via webhook). Surely they will include it to be developed in Q1 2026. Let's hope so, because otherwise, like you, I'm wasting a lot of time and focus on alternatives that solve what the platform should already solve

Currently, WhatsApp documents (PDFs, docs, images, etc.) are not automatically saved to Media Storage in HighLevel. While all messages and media do appear in the conversation history, any files must be manually downloaded from the chat to store them in Media Storage. Would like to have it saved automatically.
