Today a user can only see "All data" or "Only assigned data". There is no level in between. Multi-branch businesses can't give a branch manager access to only their own team's leads, contacts and opportunities. The only option is to make them admin, which exposes every other branch.
Real case: an automotive dealer group with branches (Toyota La Vega, Toyota Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, etc.). Each branch has 3-5 salespeople and 1 manager.
  • Salesperson: sees only what is assigned to them.
  • Branch manager: sees their own assigned data plus everything assigned to the salespeople in their group, and nothing from other branches or managers.
  • Admin: sees everything.
Other CRMs (Kommo/amoCRM, for example) already solve this with User Groups and a per-module permission of All / Group / Own / None.
Request:
  1. Create User Groups (teams/branches) inside a sub-account.
  2. Add a "Group data" visibility level for Contacts, Opportunities, Conversations, Tasks, Calendars and Dashboards.
  3. Allow a user to be the manager of one or more groups.
  4. Optional: filter reports and dashboards by group.

This is blocking us from moving multi-branch clients to HighLevel.
