Manager as a role

It would be great if we could have a role (Manager/Team Leader) that allows that person to view all the contacts and activity of the users assigned to them. Right now it is see everything , or only assigned to you. The intermediate role would do wonders for us.

Still needed in 2026. Our case: a multi-branch dealer group. Salespeople see only their own leads, and each branch manager needs to see everything assigned to their salespeople but nothing from other branches. Today the only choices are "all data" or "only assigned".
