email deliverability issue: need different send email from login email

need ability to set a default from email for user instead of the log-in email. my users like to use a person email for login, such as their gmail but we need the ability to set a default send from that reflects the company url for brand consistency and email deliverability.

Need to add a from email field for staff members for conversations so the email used in conversations isn't their personal login email.

Staff members have to use a personal email in order to get their login security code. That email should not be automatically used when they are going in and sending emails via conversations.
Or even the option of a default send email for everyone. It makes no sense to send from their personal gmail acct in the from field.
