Can you add the ability to schedule on the first Thursday for example? We're in Arizona, and we don't change with Daylight Savings Time, so it would be nice to have a reminder for the first Thursday of March to adjust things for DST, or reminders of a monthly meeting, etc.

In the implementation, please make the calendar notifications streamlined too - instead of ten different emails let it post to the calendars all at once.

Yes please this would be super helpful, birthdays and anniversaries are two common regardless of business model use cases for this.

Additionally, as someone who has various follow up systems in place - this would be much easier to setup my quarterly task 1x with 4 dates for the year vs 4 tasks
