A core function in my opinion of a CRM, is being able to stay organized with your follow up.
At the moment, the task section can definitely get the job done, but being able to filter by certain preset tasks, adding in custom rows, and also filtering by the day would be huge.

  1. For each person when creating a task, you can select from a group of preset tasks instead of typing it out. Once in the tasks section you can filter by those tasks: Call, Text, Email, linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc...
  1. More importantly though, is being able to filter by Overdue, Today, tomorrow, or just selecting a period. This way the main dashboard screen is not so cluttered with 100 tasks. I think the biggest issue is the fact that the tasks section does not go onto a 2nd page once it hits a certain number.
  1. Being able to Add in custom rows would be great and is another awesome feature pipedrive has in their task section. This way when you are making your calls, you can see everything you specifically need from a list view.
