We have launched a Client Portal for the affiliates to login and see their stats.

Sales & Marketing: amazing! Is there a possibility to manually add clients to existing affiliates?

Sales & Marketing: Great! Thank you. I noticed the system emailed affiliates the access link (with an odd subject line). Is there (or can there be) a way to decide on a campaign by campaign basis whether or not to make the portal available?

For the Client portal (Affiliate Portal) can you add this to user settings so they don't get access to the Client portal for all users, it shows up under Sites currently with no option to turn it off. Not all users need to see this. Even though we have the website setting turned off in the user.
Can we also have any new updates/releases that are new features auto turned off for all users besides the admin of the account?
As for the payments release we actually had to go in and turn it off for every user. Where we would rather be the ones turning it on for users.

test test: there is another ticket called "customize client portal, that you should go vote on. I 100% agree. This should also be controllable via the SAAS configurator.

Can their please be custom payouts for affiliates. Say for example referal payouts for products that don't have a checkout product tied to it. So in example the product itself can change in cost from client to client as does the referral payout amount. Typically these are percentage based, need to have the ability to add the payout, the amount etc. after the fact for the affiliate to still be tracked/paid commissions. Not just linked to a specific product via stripe.

Would love it if you could fold this one in too:

100% agree. The closer we can get to having the basic features of FirstPromoter inside GHL for sub-accounts the better.
Agree with all the suggestions so far.... PLUS THIS NEW ONE...
Have the ability to track clicks and leads via a 'Form' rather than just a 'Checkout'. Quite often we have affiliates sending traffic to a lead magnet (top of funnel) and then we nurture that lead through to a sale. To do this, we need to be able to track the click and opt-in at the 'Form' stage and allocate that lead to a specific affiliate via the link used the visit the opt-in page.
Hope that makes sense. This would be a game-changer feature and one that I feel must be relatively easy to upgrade too, given everything you have in place so far.

Phillip Gibbs: Phillip Gibbs: Absolutely agree! I need the same feature because our sales happen on a Zoom call.
Is this feature integrated already?

Agree with all the comments. A fleshed out affiliate portal would be a massive game changer. Until then, it's not really useable and is hard to sell this as a feature for client sub-accounts.
Top features:
- Affiliates can login to the portal
- Affiliate can see stats including clicks
- Affiliate can customize their link ID
- Ability for agency to add links to the portal (e.g. link to documentation, funnel for collecting tax docs, etc.)
- Agency can select a list of contact fields to make editable by affiliate (name, email, phone, custom fields for things like preferred payout method, etc.)
- Affiliate can see previous and upcoming payouts

It would be very useful and a strong incentive for affiliates to have a very simple yet effective dashboard to login onto, to be able to track theri "affiliate progress" and see how many sales they made and how much money they will get paid for each different link they have. This will boost their preformance and our locations revenues, ultimately lowering churn rate of our locations and improving the customer experience for everyone.

Right now there is now dashboard for my affiliate to login to to see how many people are clicking on his links, how many have bought, how much comission we owe him, and so on. I think this is an essential part of any affiliate marketing platform. They need the ability to login and see their stats
